For your convenience we have contracted with the Courtyard by Marriot in downtown Columbia.  The hotels are less than 5 miles (10 - 15 minutes) from the starting line at the Historic Columbia Speedway.  The hotel is within walking distance to the Historic Vista District and adjacent to the University of South Carolina.  

There are many great places to eat in Columbia, but one of our all-time favorites is the Mellow Mushroom.  It is within a 5 – 10 minute walk from either hotel.  So enjoy!

When making your reservation just mention that you are with the Palmetto200 Relay Group to receive the group discount.

Folly Beach

We have contracted with the Folly Beach Holiday Inn and recommend you contact them directly for one of the rooms we have blocked for the Palmetto200.  The Folly Beach Holiday Inn is also where the Palmetto200 will finish, so kick off those running shoes and enjoy a true beach town in historic Charleston.

Van Rental Options

Hertz will be our preffered vendor for rental vehicles and will be offering a discounted rate for Palmetto200 participants.  Reservations can be made at any Hertz location, but will be coordinated through their Charlotte office.  Please contact Britton Combs @ (704) 824-5095 for reservations.
